The total construction area of the project, which is located in the center of Cekmekoy, being 2 minutes drive away from Sile Road and 5 minutes drive away from TEM HIGHWAY, is 932 m2.

Technical Specifications

  1. The building was constructed on the basis of the earthquake - resistant static project, featuring reinforced concrete framework and raft foundation system.

  2. The project was constructed in full compliance with the REGULATION REGARDING THE BUILDINGS TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN DISASTER AREAS all applicable TURKISH STANDARDS such as TS 500 and was inspected by YAPI DENETIM.

  3. Even though the said regulation provides for the employment of C20 concrete class, the project was constructed by the employment of C25 concrete class, being beyond the mandatory requirements. The steel class used is S420.

  4. The lift shaft was completely strengthened by reinforced concrete curtain wall and was constructed in the matter that all vibrations are to be absorbed.

  5. The elevator cab for 3 persons as well as the technical equipment thereof was constructed by the employment of the state – of – the – art technology.

  6. The shelter bay of 45 m2 space was constructed in strict compliance with all applicable regulations with ventilation facility and 2 private toilets and with extreme resistance to earthquake and radioactive contamination.

  7. Residential space of the building is 143 m2. The project was constructed in strict compliance with the related building permit and the annexes thereto with 165 m2 ground floor space and 183 m2 normal floor space.

  8. The façade was constructed by aluminum glass cladding system with colorful, reflective glass. The store floors were constructed by the employment of 6 mm thick shatterproof, transparent laminated glass.

  9. The walls were constructed by the employment of aerated concrete (YTONG) with high heat and acoustic insulating characteristics. The insulation was complemented by jacketing on the outer surface of the walls.

  10. The floors were furnished with natural gas distribution system and combi-boiler installations, whereby the heating system was resolved to the finest detail.

  11. An individual air-conditioner infrastructure was prepared and constructed to be ready for assemblage for each independent bay.
