The legal status of TURDE, which commenced its operations as a Limited Company in August 2006, was amended on January 4, 2008 to be an Incorporated Company and the Company has been carrying out its operations by the completed and currently ongoing construction projects both on the lands within its portfolio and on those owned by 3rd parties.
