Several technical details and specifications regarding the project, the total construction space of which is 1,666 m2, and which is located at the center of Cekmekoy, 2 minutes to Sile Road and 10 minutes to TEM HIGHWAY,.

Technical Specifications

  1. The project’s structural design was prepared with reinforced concrete frame and spread foundation to be earthquake-resistant.

  2. This project has been constructed inn strict compliance with the applicable TURKISH STANDARDS such as TS 500 and those set out by the REGULATIONS FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTIONS IN DISASTROUS REGIONS, and under the supervision of a BUILDING INSPECTION AUTHORITY.

  3. Even though the said regulation requires the employment of C20 class concrete; C30 class concrete was employed in the construction of the project. The class of the steel employed, on the other hand, is S420.

  4. The housing space of the project is 212 m2 and consists of 7 floors, being 2 basement floors, the ground floor, a clerestory, 2 regular floors and 1 duplex floor, and an attic. The project is constructed in strict compliance with the related building permit and the exhibits attached therewith.

  5. The heat insulation on the façade is provided by jacketing with EPS and a self-joint material reinforced by special chemical additives. A cosmetically appealing and high quality material is employed for the window and door jambs.

  6. The elevator pit for 5 has been strengthened with complete reinforced concrete screening system and all materials and equipment employed for construction are the state-of-the-art technology products.

  7. The shelter of 70 m2 has been constructed in strict compliance with all applicable regulations with the utmost security measures against fire, earthquake and radioactive contamination with a properly installed ventilation system and 2 private toilets.

  8. The natural gas distribution system and the combined boiler system have been projected individually, and the heating system has been resolved in details for each independent section.

  9. The walls of the building have been constructed with highly heat and noise insulating AERATED CONCRETE (YTONG). The insulation has been complemented by the jacketing of the exterior parts of the wall partitions.
