The total construction area of the project, which is located in the center of Umraniye, being 5 minutes drive away from Atasehir and 10 minutes drive away from TEM HIGHWAY, is 950 m2.

Technical Specifications
- The building was constructed on the basis of the earthquake - resistant static project, featuring reinforced concrete framework and raft foundation system.
- The project was constructed in full compliance with the REGULATION REGARDING THE BUILDINGS TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN DISASTER AREAS all applicable TURKISH STANDARDS such as TS 500 and was inspected by YAPI DENETIM.
- C30 class concrete was employed in order to enhance the bearing strength of the building and to ensure the nursery school to be a safer educational institute. The steel class used is S420.
- The mechanical disinfection and the water circulation of the 30 m2 closed swimming pool within the project are performed by means of automatic machinery and equipment.
- A nearly 100 m2 multi-functional hall and activity space was constructed on the garret attic of the building.
- The garden space, which is a critical feature for nursery schools, was ensured to have the maximum surface area possible. The total garden space of the project is 700 m2, offering a refreshing and environmentally safe playground and recreation area for the children.
- Residential space of the building is 450 m2. The project has a complex structure consisting of two separate building blocks. The first building block embraces the classrooms, administrative spaces and the activity spaces. The other block contains the swimming pool, the dining hall, the infirmary as well as the social recreation spaces such as the 90 m2.
- The façades of the project were insulated by 4 cm thick XPS plates and colorful reflective glasses were used. The employment of sanitary, wooden – based materials for the classrooms, the activity areas as well as the floor covering of the entire nursery school reveals the importance attached to the children’s health.
- The school was entirely furnished with natural gas distribution system and combi-boiler installations, whereby the heating system was resolved to the finest detail.
- The security and safety matters were attached the utmost importance and the project was supported by surveillance cameras, special enclosure wall and automatic fire safety equipment.
- The utmost importance was attached to the nutrition environment of the children in the nursery school project. Therefore, a 60 m2 dining hall and kitchen space was constructed in order to ensure that the meals are prepared in a hygienic and sanitary environment.
