The total construction area of the project, which is located in the center of Cekmekoy, being 3 minutes drive away from Sile Road and 10 minutes drive away from TEM HIGHWAY, is 395 m2.

Technical Specifications
- The building was constructed on the basis of the earthquake - resistant static project, featuring reinforced concrete framework and raft foundation system.
- The project was constructed in full compliance with the REGULATION REGARDING THE BUILDINGS TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN DISASTER AREAS all applicable TURKISH STANDARDS such as TS 500 and was inspected by YAPI DENETIM.
- Even though the said regulation provides for the employment of C20 concrete class, the project was constructed by the employment of C30 concrete class, being beyond the mandatory requirements. The steel class used is S420.
- Residential space of the building is 55 m2. The project was constructed in strict compliance with the related building permit and the annexes thereto with 55 m2 ground floor space and 85 m2normal floor space.
- The façade was heat – insulated by EPS – white Styrofoam with self – joint material strengthened by special chemicals; and the outer surface was applied with jacketing.
- The natural gas distribution system and the combi-boiler system projects were separately prepared for each floor and the heating system was resolved to the finest detail for each independent bay.
