The total construction area of the project, which is located in the center of Cekmekoy, being 2 minutes drive away from Sile Road and 5 minutes drive away from TEM HIGHWAY, is 1354 m2

Technical Specifications

  1. The building will be constructed on the basis of the earthquake - resistant static project, featuring reinforced concrete framework and raft foundation system.

  2. The project was prepared in full compliance with the REGULATION REGARDING THE BUILDINGS TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN DISASTER AREAS all applicable TURKISH STANDARDS such as TS 500 and was inspected by YAPI DENETIM.

  3. Even though the said regulation provides for the employment of C20 concrete class, the project was constructed by the employment of C25 concrete class, being beyond the mandatory requirements. The steel class used is S420.

  4. The project of the elevator ( for 4 persons) was fully strengthened by reinforced concrete curtain wall system, starting from the lift shaft and was prepared in the manner that all vibrations are to be absorbed.

  5. The shelter bay of 75 m2 space was designed to be in strict compliance with all applicable regulations with ventilation facility and 2 private toilets and with extreme resistance to earthquake and radioactive contamination.

  6. Residential space of the building is 215 m2. The project was prepared in strict compliance with the related building permit and the annexes thereto with 215 m2 ground floor space and 265 m2normal floor space.

  7. The façade was designed to be constructed by aluminum glass cladding system with colorful, reflective glass preference. The store floors will be constructed by the employment of 6 mm thick shatterproof, transparent laminated glass.

  8. The walls will be constructed by the employment of aerated concrete (YTONG) with high heat and acoustic insulating characteristics. The insulation will be complemented through jacketing by 4 cm high - insulating XPS on the outer surface of the walls.

  9. The natural gas distribution system and the combi-boiler system projects were separately prepared for each floor and the heating system was resolved to the finest detail for each independent bay.

  10. An individual air-conditioner infrastructure will be prepared and be constructed to be ready for assemblage for each independent bay.
