The total construction space of the project, which is located on the route of Dudullu – Cekmekoy shuttle minibus route, being 5 minutes drive away from TEM HIGWAY, is 760 m2.

The building was started to be constructed on the basis of the earthquake - resistant static project, featuring reinforced concrete framework and raft foundation system.
The project is constructed in full compliance with the REGULATION REGARDING THE BUILDINGS TO BE CONSTRUCTED IN DISASTER AREAS all applicable TURKISH STANDARDS such as TS 500 and was inspected by YAPI DENETIM.
C30 class reinforced concrete is employed with S420 class steel.
Residential space of the building is 225 m2. The project is constructed in strict compliance with the related building permit and the annexes thereto with 225 m2 ground floor space and 295 m2normal floor space.
The façade is constructed by aluminum glass cladding system with reflective glass. The store floors were constructed by the employment of 6 mm thick shatterproof, transparent laminated glass.
The walls are constructed by the employment of aerated concrete (YTONG) with high heat and acoustic insulating characteristics. The insulation is complemented by jacketing (4 cm XPS) on the outer surface of the walls.
